BookNerdFanGirl currently operates on a 5-hour-a-day, 5 day week, with moments of sneaky art nabbed after hours. Projects are completed within 2 weeks, however some larger projects may take longer. I will be upfront about timing during our initial talks!

I am passionate about what I do, about what you do, and about being a book nerd. I will bring that fangirl intensity & passion for your books to the artwork I create for you!
My job is to make sure you are 110% happy with it! It is important to me that my art represents your book, characters & theme. I will tweak, jiggle & re-work as needed until you’re happy with the artwork.
I provide frequent visual and noted updates via a form on my website for you to review. I use WeTransfer.com to provide you with the final artwork pieces. You will receive an email from WeTransfer with a link to download your files. This link will be active for 7 days.

I require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking confirmation. The remaining balance can be paid at the completion of the project, or earlier at your discretion. Full payment details are provided on both your quote and invoice.
